Interview Rehearsal Session
A timed mock interview tailored to late-career candidates in Germany — including how to handle age, salary history, and “overqualified” objections without losing composure.
€160 per 90-minute session
What happens in the session
We run a realistic 40–50 minute interview based on a role you are pursuing or a composite from your sector. Afterwards we debrief for the remaining time: tone, structure, German/English phrasing, and the moments where age bias often surfaces.
Useful when
You have an interview booked within two weeks, or you keep freezing when asked why you left a long tenure, why you want a smaller title, or whether you can “keep up.”
What you bring
The job description, your current Lebenslauf, and any questions you dread. If the interview will be in German, we rehearse in German.
Fee
€160 for 90 minutes. Additional sessions can be booked back-to-back in the same week if a final-round panel is imminent.
