Approach
A consulting rhythm built for experienced candidates
Late-career job search in Germany is rarely solved by sending more applications. We slow down just enough to change how you are read — then speed up the right conversations.
1. Intake without theatre
We map your notice period, caregiving duties, preferred Kreis or city, language strengths, and the salary floor you cannot cross. You leave the first conversation knowing whether an intensive, a document review, or a return-to-work trio is the honest fit.
2. Positioning the Erfahrungsprofil
Long tenure, industry exits, and age-related assumptions get named out loud. Together we choose which achievements lead, which early decades shrink, and how to describe gaps so German readers do not invent a worse story.
3. Materials that match local customs
Lebenslauf length, photo decisions, Anschreiben tone, and XING or LinkedIn headlines are adjusted to the sector you are targeting — Mittelstand manufacturer, clinic, logistics firm, public body, or professional services.
4. Search design, not portal spam
We pick a short target list, rehearsal messages for former colleagues, and a weekly cadence that survives Arbeitsagentur appointments. Volume only rises when messaging already earns replies.
5. Interview and salary craft
Mock interviews cover “overqualified,” stamina, digital tools, and Gehalt. You practise in the language of the real panel until the answers feel ordinary rather than rehearsed.
6. Handover you can keep
You leave with a 90-day plan, annotated documents, and optional check-in slots. We do not keep you in endless coaching; the goal is independent momentum.
